This Bay of Islands self contained two bedroom cottage set in a lovely quiet loaction is ideal for couples, families, or friends travelling together. Set in 3/4 acres of natural bush, overlooking Paihia waterfront and with sea views across to Kerikeri inlet and the Waitangi Treaty Grounds.
The cottage is an open plan design that incorporates a well equipped kitchenette area with gas hob top, under bench fridge and a small bench top oven. The dining area has a table with seating for four guests and the lounge area includes a two seater settee and two single chairs. Unlimited high speed WiFi, 42″ Smart TV, Freeview, Movie and Youtube channels along with a DVD player and a selection of DVD’s. The bathroom has a large walk in gas heated shower. The first bedroom has a super king bed that can be split into two singles on request and the second bedroom has a queen bed.

Prices are based on 2 guests. Additional guests are charged at $40 pp per night up to a maximum of 4 guests.
