This spacious, well-equipped, self-contained Bay of Islands three-bedroom apartment is ideal for couples, families, or friends travelling together. Set in a lovely quiet location in 3/4 acres of natural bush, overlooking Paihia waterfront and with sea views across to Kerikeri inlet and the Waitangi Treaty Grounds.
This Paihia apartment incorporates a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, electric cooker, and fridge/freezer. Unlimited high-speed WiFi, 42″ Smart TV, Freeview, Movie and Youtube channels, a DVD player and a selection of DVDs.
The dining area has a table with seating for six guests, and the lounge area includes a three-seater settee, a two-seater settee (which converts to a double sofa bed) and two single chairs.
The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, tumble dryer, and tub. There is a separate WC. Two bedrooms have a queen and a single bed in each with lovely sea views. The third bedroom is a small single room.

Prices are based on 4 guests. Additional guests are charged at $30 pppn up to a maximum of 6 guests.
